2simplifi^TM Ad Clicks Manager is a ColdFusion MX Application and is ideal if you want to offer Media and Text advertising on your website on a Pay Per Click, Per Per Impression or Pay By Days basis. There is a complete back office administrative area to create and manage advertisement types and advertisement rates.  Customers can create an account and pre pay for the advertisement spots that they want and can provide their own media or text ads through their customer desktop to be included in the advertisement rotation of the website.

• The Owner / Administrator of the site has a fully featured and intuitive back office administrative area in which the following can be performed.

   

• The owner and administrator of the 2simplifi Ad Clicks Manager will be able to create and manage unlimited advertisement rates, advertisements types and media or text advertisements.

   

• The advertisements can be created by the administrator for the customer or the administrator can create and account for customer so that they can add their own advertisements.

   

• All advertisements will be displayed to visitors in a unique manner in which all advertisements are displayed in order to each unique IP address and not just randomly. In other words each visitor will see the same activated advertisement under the same advertisement type as the other visitors in simultaneous order.

   

• Easily create and edit UNLIMITED advertisement rates, to include Pay Per Click, Pay Per Impression, Pay Flate Rate (# of Days).

   

   

• From the advertisement rates that are created, administrators will be able to create and edit advertisement types. Advertisment types are the actual ad spots that will be used to display the advertisements created under those types by the customers interested in advertising on the website.

   

• Create coupon discount codes and easily discount offered subscriptions from 1% up to 100% off of the 1st recurring payment (Example: 10% off) and initial setup price (Example: 20% off).

   

• Activate invoice option if you do not accept credit cards or activate only credit card accceptance or both options simultaneously.

   

• Implement Real-Time credit card processing to accept payment via a credit card process such as Authorizenet, USAePay etc.

   

• Accept credit card information and process manually via a web terminal etc.

   

• E-mail notification of ads coming close to expiration. The back office provides reporting of upcoming ads requiring renewal. All advertisements are managed by the customer.  Customers can deactivate, renew etc., so the administrator does not have the ability to automatically implement recurring billing.

• Search and view single or grouped invoice history. Search single purchase items by a customer on a daily basis or within specific dates or search all purchases by customers on a daily basis or within specific dates.

   

• Add, edit and update back office administrators.

   

• When customers create a new account, they are automatically given access to their own private and secure Ad Manager Desktop. Where available, they will be able to choose the types of ads that they would like to participate in. They simply select the ad campaigns that they desire, pre pay the total amount and create their advertisements.

   

   

   

• Customers may select, purchase and create their own banner or text advertisements. All new ads are logged and an e-mail is sent to the admin e-mail(s) on record for review and activation. Customers will also receive e-mails when their ads are about to expire.

   

• Customer's will be able to track their impressions and click throughs on a span of a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.

   

• Customer's will be able to edit the ads at any time and will be able to purchase advertisement space through an ecommerce methodology.

   

• The customer has the option to manage their own advertisements under the advertisement rates and types created and activated by the owner or administrator of the site.

   

2simplifi Ad Clicks Manager will support a myriad of Credit Card Processor solutions, including Versign PayFlow Pro and Link, Authorizenet, LinkPoint and USAePay. Additionally, if you prefer to process your orders via a Web Terminal or via telephone after an order has been placed, you can retrieve the Credit Card Number via the 2simplifi Ad Clicks Manager Back Office Administrator. (Only Authorizenet Example is Included in the Download - You will need to contact your preferred credit card processor for their current API).

If you prefer not to process payments with credit cards you still have the option to allow for invoice or purchase order payment.
