Create Save E-mail Content
Click on graphic number 3 or "Create Save E-mail Content" link at the top of the admin home page.
Note - If you have not enabled the HTML Editor and would like to create WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) e-mail content, click on "Manage Admin Properties" (top of admin home page), and then click on "[OFF] WYSIWYG Editor". Select ON to implement the editor >> Click the "Update Editor Properties" button. Start with the first paragraph listed above to resume creating content.
In this section you will be able to create the content of your e-mail sendouts in Text or HTML format (if you have enabled the HTML Editor as explained above). If you decide to create an e-mail in HTML format, you will be required to provide some default text content in the event that your e-mail recipient has disabled the display of HTML e-mails in their e-mail program.
You will see a screen similar to the following:

Here you have the option to select the following:
- Import a website from the internet. (Suggest only files names and not a lot of variables appended to the domain. Example http://www.URLofDomain.com/welcome.cfm NOT http://www.URLofDomain.com/welcome.cfm?a=1&b=2&c=3&d=4)
- HTML Content that you will create from scratch
- Plain Text E-mail Message - NO HTML
- Select an HTML e-mail template.
Provide your desired content on the next page and click the "Create" button.
