2simplifi^TM Online Subscriptions is a ColdFusion MX Application and is ideal if you offer products or services based on a subscription basis. Control access to documents, music files, photos, articles and much more.
Also manage, bill and track non web based subscriptions such as print products (magazines, books, memberships that require membership cards etc.).

• The Owner / Administrator of the site has a fully featured and intuitive back office administrative area in which the following can be performed.

   

• Easily create and edit UNLIMITED subscription based products or services based on a date span from one (1) to an indefinite number of days. Great for Website Hosting, Music Databases, Photo Databases, Template Databases, E-mail Databases and many many more business models.

  

   

• Allows customers to purchase ONE OR MORE (MULTIPLE) subscriptions through their customer desktop. As an example, if you offer all of the above listed examples, website hosting photo and template databases etc., customers can subscribe to those services at any time and the application will track their authorization and expiration.

   

• Each subscription created supports a required RECURRING CHARGE field that should be billed every number of days assigned. Example: $2999.95 /yearly or every 1 year.

   

• Each subscription created supports a optional SETUP CHARGE field that is billed upon the customers initial selection of the subscription product. Example: A one time setup fee of $295.00 to install a Web Application.

   

• Each subscription created supports a optional RENEWAL PREMIUM CHARGE field that should be billed when the RECURRING CHARGE field is due. Example: Recurring charge of 2999.95 listed above is due after 1 year and a Renewal Premium of $49.95 will be added for administrative fees.

   

• Create unlimited promotions and easily offer subscription promotions. (Example: 7 Day free trial).

  

   

• Create coupon discount codes and easily discount offered subscriptions from 1% up to 100% off of the 1st recurring payment (Example: 10% off) and initial setup price (Example: 20% off).

  

   

• Activate invoice option if you do not accept credit cards or activate only credit card accceptance or both options simultaneously.

   

• Implement Real-Time credit card processing to accept payment via a credit card process such as Authorizenet, USAePay etc.

   

• Accept credit card information and process manually via a web terminal etc.

   

• Manage recurring schedule. The back office provides reporting of upcoming subscription renewals that will need to be processed in accordance with user agreements.

   

• Manage cancelled subscriptions. The back office provides reporting of requested cancellations that will need to be processed in accordance with user agreements.

   

• Search and view single or grouped invoice history. Search single purchase items by a customer on a daily basis or within specific dates or search all purchases by customers on a daily basis or within specific dates.

   

• Add, edit and update back office administrators.

   

Easily add optional detailed questions to every subscription service that is created by using the Custom Form Builder.  Simply create the form and when creating the subscription services relate the desired form.  The form will be displayed upon initial purchase by the customer to aid answering applicable questions that may be useful to the administrator.

2simplifi Online Subscriptions will support a myriad of Credit Card Processor solutions, including Versign PayFlow Pro and Link,Authorizenet, LinkPoint and USAePay. Additionally, if you prefer to process your orders via a Web Terminal or via telephone after an order has been placed, you can retrieve the Credit Card Number via the 2simplifi Online Subscriptions Back Office Administrator.

If you prefer not to process payments with credit cards you still have the option to allow for invoice or purchase order payment.
