Manage Application Settings

Upload Company Logo:

Click on Edit Logo & Images (above E-mail Properties form fields).  To add your own logo or background image simply click on the "Browse" button and select a .gif, jpg file from your hard drive and click on "Update Image Properties" button.  The logo and background images that are uploaded will replace and redisplay when the web site browser is refreshed.  For best results, with the initial design of the site, it is suggested that Logo Image not exeed 200 pixel width.

E-mail Properties & Company Information:

Edit company information, such as Company Name, Address, Telephone Numbers and E-mail Addresses. The Administrative E-mail is the primary e-mail address that is displayed in all outgoing e-mail addresses that are sent through the software, additionally the Adminitrative E-mail Address is where all incoming e-mails will be delivered. (i.e. Copy of e-mail sale receipts, visitor inquiries)

The Confidential E-mail Address field is the e-mail account that will be displayed when users request to keep their e-mail address private. This is account is for display purposes only. 

Table Color Properties & Body Tag Color Properties:

Input or select desired 6 character HEX Color codes to quickly change the colors of the site globally. Developers and designers can also edit the root/style.cfm which includes the global CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) values for the software.

The areas in red should be administered by your webmaster or application developer.  These fields contain values that aid in the display of the software and web server paths for successful uploading of images throughout the application.
