INSTALLATION - HOSTING REQUIREMENTS

IMPORTANT: Please realize that these products require individuals to be familiar with MACROMEDIA COLDFUSION CODE and MICROSOFT DATABASE SKILLS in order to install, customize, and implement. These products are not necessarily out of the box solutions and will require specific programming changes/skills & knowledge to obtain specific desired results. 2simplifi Web Solutions, Inc. will support the product if a bug has been acknowledged with the original source code.  However, 2simplifi Web Solutions, Inc. warranty/license will not support products after changes have been completed by a programming developer, another outside party, consultant, or changes in technology which may require code updates due to software or hardware upgrades by the hosting company or programming language distributor. 

REQUIREMENTS:

ColdFusion Server: ColdFusion MX 7.0, 6.1 ONLY

Database: SQL Server 7.0 or 2000 or MS Access 2000

OS: Microsoft Windows Operating System

ColdFusion Tags: CFMAIL, CFFILE, CFDIRECTORY, CFMAILPARAM, CFHTTP

BROWSER COMPATIBILTY: Microsoft IE 5.0 +, ActiveX [ To use WYSIWYG Editor ] & Javascript enabled, Frames Capable Microsoft IE 4.0 +, Netscape 4.7 [HTML Editor May not function in Netscape, Use regular text instead] +, Javascript enabled.

This application requires CFFILE & CFDIRECTORY to upload logos, other images & files. Photos & files are uploaded dynamically via CFFILE. When using the HTML WYSIWYG Text editor you will be able to upload graphic content on your web server using CFFILE & CFDIRECTORY. You will need to ensure this ColdFusion Tag is NOT DISABLED, particularly if you use a Web Hosting company.

This application can be hosted by any knowledgeable Hosting Company that is running Macromedia ColdFusion MX 7.0, 6.1 on a Windows based operating system. This application can be implemented on other operating systems, including UNIX but such modifications may need to be made to the ColdFusion code for successful implementation. You or your Hosting Company should also be capable of creating and setting up a datasource for database connectivity. (SQL Server 2000 / 7.0 / MS Access 2000 is a requirement for this application)
