2simplifi Web Solutions, Inc. was recently retained to convert an HTML real estate website to a dynamic database driven website for ListedGreen.com. The client was adding all of the content, including the listings manually and wanted the ability to allow sellers to add their own listings and photos to reduce the time that was involved in maintaining the site. The site was converted to Adobe ColdFusion with a Microsoft SQL Server database. The website allows sellers of "green" real estate to list their properties and upload photos. The site also allows buyers interested in "green" properties to create a profile and be notified about new listings that meet their desired criteria. Some additional features of the website include a jQuery home page slide show which displays featured homes and the ability to search for a real estate agent.
